This was the thesis of my keynote presentation at the recent ABM Revealed Virtual Summit , an on-demand symposium produced by the ABM Leadership Alliance. Research shows that approximately 50% of all purchases are influenced by word of mouth. But in B2B, 91% of every sale is influenced by word of mouth in some way.
