According to Forrester Consulting (2014): Almost half (49%) of B2B buyers prefer making work-related purchases on B2C websites. Almost 75% of B2B buyers say looking up product info across channels is important when making a work-related purchase online. Everything is evolving to P2P, largely fed by social media.
