If you go to Radian6’s home page , they’ve included a banner that says “ See what they are saying about us on Twitter ”. What they’ve done is used the Twitter “favorite” feature to mark the posts where people have made positive comments about them and then featured this prominently on their home page as well as on confirmation pages.

Upon clicking on the link to the white paper, direct "Tweeple" (twitter people) to a landing page where you request their email address to get access to the white paper if you don't already have it. Post links from your email newsletter articles on Twitter.
