I emphasized that to remain relevant, agencies must differentiate themselves by providing advanced social media services, not just the basics. I mean it in a 2010, gothic cool sort-of-way in which vampires are smart, sexy, bankable characters who can’t be killed and are making boatloads of cash for the people who channel them into books, TV shows & movies. Seth Godin predicted that RSS would kill email. The multi-email address approach is actually very old school.

Before that fabulous, glorious day, one of my jobs at home was to jump up and twist the channel knob at the whim of my parents, like some sort of orthopedic carpal-tunnel experiment gone astray. The thing I found hugely frustrating about the iPad is lack of multi-user support. randygiusto yeah, interesting non-multi-user experience.
