Overwhelmingly, respondents in the study prefer interacting with official, branded accounts rather than personal accounts from employees. Try that with a press release… Nowhere to Run. Ultimately, I see Twitter (and even Facebook, largely) as being more impactful on loyalty and retention, than on net new revenue.
