Surveys need to be duplicated to show a trend. All I saw at their site is a lot of marketing about their survey and how it impacts you and “OMG&# hire us to help you keep from loosing everyone's trust. The 2010 survey polled only US respondents (who tend to be considerably more cynical). I think this is hype.
