She also suggest setting up Google News Alerts which I already do. This is a simple trick that is REALLY helpful. She uses Bloglines for her RSS feeds. I found outthat you could susbcribe to Dilbert which made me happy (doesn't take much). Do you have any good marketing blogs that you read on a daily basis?

This was similar to a situation that in which I discussed the idea of helping a client create a lead nurturing (maturation) program using emails that are sent out periodically based on user activity. If you're a larger organization, I suggest looking at an agency or consultant to help you get moving. Hey I Googled You - Now What? Optimizing your website to make it search friendly is a tremendous effort and you may not have the bandwidth to get where you need to be. Paid search is a whole other can of worms.
