So I have just finished co-authoring a book called Facebook Marketing for Dummies (Wiley) due out this summer. It was a very eye opening experience to say the least. It’s an odd dynamic I see in play today - in today’s ever connected environment marketers tell me they feel even more removed from direct customer interaction.
