Simple, Boring, EFFECTIVE RSS Feeds : If you're still one of those people that could care less about RSS it's time to get serious about it if you produce quality content on a regular basis. They also have a section called "Other Voices on the Web" which is an RSS feed of articles from other sites.

It really works and I come away from the podcast with some better insight into the sales and marketing process. Well if you're into online marketing and you're down with web 2.0. I decided to do a quick scan on Linkedin instead and found a great topic on email marketing. While you can answer the question by saying "use a system that restricts how many emails you send within a given time frame", that may not be an acceptable approach for marketers that are measured on the number of event attendees.

I was playing around with some RSS feeds such as My Yahoo and Feed Reader but I really am loving BlogLines. I may even start unsubscribing from email newsletters and just use the RSS reader. It gives marketers something (else) to do and can make them look really good. Blogs lead to further awareness about your company, which leads to people hitting your site, opting in to either email or RSS updates and eventually becoming your customer. It's cheaper then Google AdWords. I think we all have given enough to Google!
