'Overview: There are four primary elements of a B2B targeted marketing campaign: Targeting, segmentation and list selection. Offer for response. Contact media sequence and frequency. Creativity. Of the four, no experienced B2B marketer disagrees that the targeting, segmentation and list element is the most important. Over the years various experts have said that this element is worth from 50-70% of the campaign’s success, and I agree.
