d like to create a guide for how to use social media in B2B that does not involve talking about the specific tools—as least not in the top line.
It’s also important if we’re going to stop talking so much about the tools and start talking more about what to do with them.

I have only been on a Facebook for a year or so. believe that the “casual� aspect of Facebook does make it more difficult for business-to-business companies to leverage the full potential, with early success for consumer related companies.
With that said, I do see the potential of Facebook from a PR perspective:
