If you are new to the search space, the purpose of search engines like Google is to provide the best results when someone completes a search. Google explains keyword stuffing as: Lists of phone numbers without substantial added value. It’s pretty easy to spot and Google will be able to tell that the content sounds unnatural.

Most casual observers would place paid search in paid media, SEO in earned (link building and PageRank, for instance), and social in either owned — or if you were using such things as Facebook’s Promoted Posts or Twitter’s Promoted Tweets features — paid. And don’t look to break those rules.

world, we all wonder if Google can ignore spammy backlinks and low-quality backlinks, why would we also need to disavow, which essentially tells Google the same thing: "Just ignore these links.". Google still has guidelines that outline all of the link schemes and types of link manipulation. So that's that.
