The seemingly omnipresent Mike Damphousse of Green-Leads , told me that the focus of the show seem to be that social media is more than buzz, more than a trend; it’s a topic that is touching every other topic. Gartner’s Richard Fouts , touched on this in his great presentation on how marketers are integrating social media into the communications mix.
