If you are new to the search space, the purpose of search engines like Google is to provide the best results when someone completes a search. Google explains keyword stuffing as: Lists of phone numbers without substantial added value. It’s pretty easy to spot and Google will be able to tell that the content sounds unnatural.

Although the legitimacy of link wheels is hotly debated, the term “link wheel” only refers to the pattern of linking between websites and says nothing about the quality of the content. There’s no evidence that link wheels with high-quality content don’t work. White hat link wheels won’t get penalized.

I would urge businesses to look at the Wikipedia pages for their niche and consider whether they can provide a resource of such value that you can get a Wikipedia link.
