Majority opinion seems to be that Twitter isn’t really a social platform it’s a broadcast medium. For these reasons, pundits say that Twitter isn’t much use for reaching B2B customers. Twitter isn’t for conversation, it’s for learning. So I treat Twitter like a reporter rather than a cocktail party host.
