Attack of the Customers: The Pampers Dry Max Crisis

It brought two groups of “mom bloggers” to Cincinnati to meet with executives and scientists and address their questions. Pampers sales quickly recovered after a brief decline and complaints fell back into normal range. Basically, when critics become convinced you can’t do anything right, then you can’t.
