This past week I had the great privilege of giving the opening keynote speech at the B2B Sales and Marketing Forum in Warsaw, Poland. This was my first speaking engagement outside of the UK and I wasn’t quite sure if my ‘7 rules of engagement for the social era’ would have the same relevance for marketers in Poland as it does in the UK: Listen (it’s not about us ).
