I also do some speaking: just got back from a Content Marketing conference in Amsterdam. Sunday I’m presenting on The Aging Brain at the local Lake Chapala Society. Okay, so I play 2-3 hours of tennis a day, but that’s good for body and brain, and trust me, I’m in a foul mood if I don’t exercise!
