You probably saw ExactTarget ’s June 13 announcement of its strategic partnership with Marketo and Eloqua ’s June 21 announcement of its new AppCloud marketplace for connectors with other systems. The IMH sports a slick user interface with a very nice dashboard showing real-time updates of summary statistics for each channel.

We went through a bit of the back story: Madison Logic was founded as a B2B media company six years ago.

Fair enough, but Lytics still perfectly fits my definition of a CDP: a marketer-controlled system that supports external marketing execution based on persistent, cross-channel customer data. Pricing is based on the number of customer profiles and channels managed and includes all the existing connectors.
