Despite scoring low for quantity and quality leads, more than 50 percent of those polled said they will make Facebook, Twitter, and Linkedin a priority in 2013. Four of the top 10 tactics for generating high quality leads are more traditional (non-digital). We were surprised to see the significance in telemarketing and cold calling.
