However, I couldn't disagree with you more on your solution provider comparison matrix. From your comparison, it looks like you don't favor Spiral 16.

Especially in comparison to many other communication programs like traditional PR, TV advertising, outdoor advertising and others, social media actually offers pretty solid metrics. But, I’m not sure that’s a good comparison. But, I’m not sure that’s a good comparison. Thanks much for the comment.
