In true Twitter fashion, it wasn’t “rolled out” per se, it just appeared as part of the API that third parties access. Sometimes I am meeting with clients on confidential work. It seems its users are evolving in terms of social dynamics faster than Twitter's own API. Not an overwhelming participation rate.
