Did your content creator (photographer, writer, designer) give you permission to post their work on Facebook or YouTube and hand over their control to Mark Zuckerberg? Or, paradoxically, they claim to embrace social media while forbidding their employees from being on Facebook or Twitter. As you know better than I, we are in the early innings of social media. MySpace last week declared what amounts to a post-modern armistice, announcing that they will integrate status updates with Facebook (and Twitter). We easily forget that Facebook was one of the first social networks that insisted that we use REAL names, and policed personal profiles accordingly. Coincidental timing too, as Yahoo !
