The first marketing automation system (Eloqua) was launched 25 years ago. We have too many tools today, but often, they don’t play nicely together. This creates a sticky problem: How do we get multiple tools to work in tandem? Why so many tools? As a marketer, I want to answer this question by simply saying, “We do a lot of work!”
