The #1 means of getting and sharing information is, was, and probably always will be conversations. It would make sense that KM would facilitate conversations, but if anything it has tried to obsolesce. Simple, intuitive collaborative workspaces and worktools (enhanced, simplified versions of wikis, BaseCamp etc.) comment [].
