It seems to be all the buzz. I have a hard enough time getting budget and bandwidth for the things I know are going to drive business, I am not sure that I want to hinge my program on the channel today. I personally went from 0 to 60 on Twitter in just 36 hours at a conference a few months ago; clearly others have as well.
