Salesforce.com is the big question and no one would be surprised to see them make an acquisition. Again, there was already one transaction: Silverpop/Vtrenz in 2007. The more interesting question is who will be the buyers. The obvious candidates are CRM vendors. Email marketing is another obvious adjacent space.
