Positioning yourselves as “lead management” does not help differentiate what you REALLY do. The online medium gives plenty of new opportunity - video, rich interative demos, comparator tools, etc. -- to SHOW the differences, features and benefits rather than talk about them in general terms -- like "Web analytics."
