Don’t assume that the person that gave you one star on a Yelp review is some sort of carnival freak outlier. Except in this case, they were almost always talkers because a home is so personal and it's easy to share. In particular, sales and leads (as opposed to chatter, sentiment, buzz, purchase intent, etc.).
