What’s the point of adding AI to technology if no one knows how to use it? 

Nearly two-thirds (61%) of C-suite executives and IT professionals say they are concerned about their employees’ knowledge of how to use AI, including creating prompts, according to a Portal26 survey. Almost a quarter (23%) described themselves as “very concerned.”

Being able to ask a question in natural language is not a substitute for training.



Here are this week’s AI-powered martech releases, upgrades and features:

  • Seismic added generative AI-powered capabilities to the Seismic Enablement Cloud platform. Seismic for Meetings integrates with top conferencing apps and delivers AI-driven insights and analysis​. Seismic Aura Copilot provides content description and tagging recommendations. Readiness Lesson Assistance generates Seismic Learning lessons, assignments, questions and summaries. Seismic Knowledge’s Generative Search Capabilities give reps summary answers using info from across trusted sources while respecting permissions and access control constraints.
  • OfferFit has a self-serve tier of their product for lifecycle marketers. This new version helps enterprises create content, integrate with orchestration platforms to deliver the content, and then automatically test and learn what content best drives conversion with each individual customer.
  • Innervate updated its AI-powered Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution. The release includes AI HTML5-Asset Generator, AI Marketing Copy Generator, Enterprise Catalog Image & Video Generator, Multi-Variant Manager and Digital Asset Traceability.
  • Bizongo’s Artwork Flow has a new creative automation and proofing solution powered by artificial intelligence. It includes an automated design template scaling tool; a design template editor; an AI-powered creative library; and an online proofing solution supporting 160+ file types, including videos.
  • Sonic Foundry’s Vidable is a secure video knowledge-base platform designed to accelerate the distribution of content and improve the usability and value of enterprise video libraries. It includes Vidable Assistant which provides support, search and content generation capabilities through a conversational interface. Vidable Insights analyzes speech, text and other visual video elements to produce content metrics and other data assets via a customizable analytics dashboard. Vidable Transformations offers automated content enhancement capabilities to improve the production quality and accessibility of video.
  • Rally’s Rally AI is a recruitment marketing assistant that guides recruiting professionals through every step of creating a highly effective talent attraction strategy. It is the newest feature of Rally Inside, the company’s recruitment marketing and analytics platform.
  • Iterable has released an updated AI-Driven Experiments and a new Identity Toolkit. The Experimentation setup with Copy Assist capabilities is focused on minimizing the time and effort it takes to configure and launch experiments, allowing marketers to easily scale experimentation efforts. Copy Assist generates text variations and can build experiments within an updated semi-automated setup flow.
