Jemma Martin appointed Head of Client Services

Jemma joins us as Head of Client Services, the first position of this type at accelerate agency, and will be based in our rapidly growing Bristol office.

In her new role, Jemma will oversee all aspects of client services including coaching and mentoring the team, helping to develop and implement new procedures and strategies, managing high level client relationships, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service at every touch point

Jemma brings with her a huge amount of highly relevant experience. She has led a client services team at a B2B marketing agency for many years, and has managed exec level EMEA client relationships with some of the biggest names in tech, including IBM, Dell, Cisco, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Speaking of her decision to join accelerate, Jemma cited the agency’s rapid growth as a key attraction.

“accelerate is going through a really exciting phase at the moment, taking on some of the biggest names in SaaS as new clients,” she said.

“I know what it’s like to work for a rapidly growing agency. You have to be willing to work hard, get your hands dirty, and react to change quickly.

“But it’s also an opportunity to build something special and make your mark. I’m really looking forward to it.”

CEO Nick Brown is equally excited about Jemma’s decision to join accelerate agency.

“Jemma is the perfect addition to our growing leadership team,” he said. “As we grow and take on more and more clients, it’s fantastic to have someone with her experience overseeing these relationships.

“I know our clients will appreciate working with her, and the client services team will benefit from what she can teach them.”
