Things you can do to evangelize CRO and experimentation: Write down your learnings each week on a company wiki. Bring out the heavy guns—user testing, prototyping, focus groups, whatever—because this is a case where you want to reduce as much uncertainty as possible. Recruit an executive sponsor with lots of internal influence.
