  1. While I haven’t done a ton of work with design agencies, I have experienced similar things with printers. I feel that it’s important from a design agency / printer perspective to let their customers know what their priorities are. As a smaller customer, I don’t have a problem with a bigger client being more of a priority with a customer. But, agencies / printers need to make sure that all their customers feel like they are being taken care of and cared for.
