Once a month, we all met in a conference room with a list of ideas on Google Docs which were pitched one-by-one (intricate, I know). The process was extremely creative, iterative, and collaborative. Of course, it was also often a matter of guess-and-check. Plus, brainstorming can be a bit of a selfish process.
