Source: Momentum ITSMA 2023 I was fortunate to see a preview of the 2022 ABM Benchmark Study at the Momentum ITSMA fall “ Marketing Vision 2023 event ”. The research shows that among organizations with active ABM programs, more than one-fourth (28 percent) of the total marketing budget is dedicated to ABM (more for leaders).
