I’ve recently been involved in an ongoing online discussion regarding marketing automation, lead generation, and lead management (including lead nurturing). Should it be on lead generation, or lead management? Lead generation is about filling the top of the funnel. So perhaps a focus solely on lead generation isn’t the answer.
