Participating in B2B Marketing Zone

There are several ways that you can participate in this content community.

Subscribe

There are two main feeds for the site:

Best Of - this feed will consist of posts that are limited in number and point to the content that is the best stuff based on social signals.  It will also contain a few posts that are updates on this topic hub.  We highly recommend subscribing to this feed even if you subscribe to the Full Feed.

Full - this is a feed of all of the content coming into this topic hub.  This can be quite a bit of content.  However, it is an easy way to get to see a lot of information on this topic.

You can subscribe to these either by email or by using an RSS Reader.  The email sign-up form is top right.  The RSS feeds are linked on the right hand side.

Collect

If you are interested in helping to collect content on a particular topic or just point us to good content over time, we can use your help.  The system is capable of bringing in good content that has been manually marked.  We are always looking for people who can help us collect good stuff.

Blog

We are constantly on the look out for good blogs on our topic.  Let us know if you have a blog that is:

  • Not sales focused - we try to avoid having content come in that is really more a promotion, selling, marketing tool for someone
  • Provides helpful content - we are looking for content that is deeper than an announcement

In some cases, we will include only parts of a blog based on a keyword, category, tag, etc.

Support

This site is a labor of love.  We are passionate about the topic and want to create something that will be valuable to us and to others who are interested in this topic.  But there are real costs for the software and systems that run this site.

We would welcome involvement from people or individuals who can help defray these costs.

Questions, Thoughts, Ideas

We always welcome questions, thoughts, ideas!

Interesting looking site. But why do the rss feed links on the right require email validation from feedburner?

Comment from Tony Karrer
Time July 2, 2009 at 1:56 pm

Elizabeth - thanks for the heads up on that. They shouldn’t. We will get it fixed. Again, thanks.

Hi guys,

Congrats on the launch; the site looks great and should be a very useful addition to the community. My own blog, ReputationtoRevenue, might have some useful content as well — I tend to cover marketing for B2B tech and related enterprise solutions. Certainly let me know if you want grab any or all of it.

It might not be obvious, but slowly the folks adding their comments here are getting into the system. Very nice growth of the site. I want to thank everyone for working with us.

Landon - I’m not quite sure which paragraph you are referring to in your comment. Happy to clarify any of the items above.
