Therefore, Global is really to blame here but here's the reality: Canadians don't care who is blocking the videos, they are being blocked. Negativity is very powerful these days as bloggers can write up how dissatisfied they are very easily via blogs. :) Why not add a comment that tells me the reason I can't watch the video?
