For 2021 we will continue focusing on getting leads and converting these leads into sales. Our top 3 sales tools for succeeding in 2021 will be Albacross, ActiveCampaign, and Zapier.

To start from the bottom, I know that Zapier isn’t exactly a sales tool, but it’s a perfect tool for connecting all our SaaS solutions creating a perfect flow for our data. Albacross and ActiveCampaign are perfect together as Albacross without a doubt is the best tool for automatically retrieving company information and enriching company data. Through great filtering inside the Albacross app, we are able to organize the exact data we want and when ready, we can export the data and pass it to ActiveCampaign.

In ActiveCampaign we enroll the leads into various relevant email marketing flows and onboarding activities, so we get in touch with our leads with correct timing and with relevant content based on the advanced data-filtering from Albacross. Leads then enter ActiveCampaign’s built-in CRM system for our sales reps to work intelligently with them – ultimately turning the leads into valuable and loyal customers.

For us, these are the 3 top tools for 2021 – combined they result in a very powerful lead generating tool.

Albacross
Because it allows us to know which companies have shown interest in our solutions & services. This very important information helps us coin our marketing strategy & set up our advertising targeting, as well as to know where to dedicate our sales efforts.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Once we know which companies are interested, we use this tool to further investigate potential opportunities, connect with the key figures of those companies, and get in touch with them so that we can start our sales funnel.

HubSpot
It serves as our main CRM solution where we store the information we have about all our current clients, potential leads, leads in progress & lost deals. It helps us collaborate more easily with our offices in different countries, and gives us a ton of useful tools such as automated emails, lead scoring, meeting booking tool, analytics & reporting, as well as managing our ads on LinkedIn and other networks.

PersistIQ
We use PersistIQ to create drip campaigns for sending personalized emails. It's super helpful for organizing prospects into segmented cohorts and tracking the progress of where our potential customers are in the sales pipeline. Persist has clear reporting tools and integrates with many CRMs.

Calendly
Calendly makes it a no-brainer when it comes to scheduling demos. All the guesswork of finding common availability and calculating time zone differences is done for you. I love their integration with Intercom, so leads can self-serve demos on their own. We even use their widget in our product so customers can book a meeting with us in-app.

Airtable
If you're still using Google Sheets in 2021... just stop. Airtable will make you never want to use Google Sheets again. The UX of Airtable makes working with spreadsheets bearable again, and our developers love how easy its API is to use and manipulate data. Airtable helps us stay organized – we use it as a CRM to track the customer's journey.

Albacross
I've compared other lead tracking platforms but Albacross outperforms. They are able to give you a comprehensive list of who has been on your site and explain thoroughly as to why there would be a difference in reporting.

Hubspot
Tried and true and the holy grail for lead tracking. Hubspot helps me manage my workflow.

GetProspect.io
Although generating outbound leads is not the most fun activity, Get Prospect has helped with managing that task. They are able to quickly spit out a list based on a set of criteria that I have filtered.

Success Local

The first top sales tool we would recommend for 2021 is OnePage CRM. It stores all of our lead and prospect data on an easy to view, access and update platform, as well as allowing us to set reminders and contact points even after a sale has been made. Its integrations with Xero and the ability to store limitless contacts (including all records of communications) make it ideal for any sales team.

We would also recommend the Email Hunter Chrome extension. It allows you to discover who the right people in a business are, what their role is and what their email address is. This is great for cold calling or cold emailing. It avoids you having to contact a generic email address and, when calling, allows you to ask to speak to a specific person rather than the person in charge of marketing, finances or whatever department you are looking to contact.

The final sales tool that we would recommend for 2021, would be Albacross. By matching the IP address of visitors to your website to specific companies, it allows you to see exactly who has visited your website (rather than just traffic statistics found in tools like Google Analytics). We can then build a pipeline of companies that have visited our site already. This also means that they have been searching for us directly or have been looking for a service we provide. When we outreach to these companies, they already have a prior knowledge of who we are which in turn makes it less of a cold call or email.

Albacross

Albacross
No brainer right? We are using Albacross for both nurturing the leads that have been on certain pages and fit our ICP, and for sending them to either Hubspot or Lemlist based on what they have been doing on our website and their relevance. The key to an optimal solution is setting up the right filter and activity to turn your unknown visitors into high-qualified leads.

We’re also using reveal API solution which enables real-time website personalization. Based on which company visits our website, we implement different CTA, such as “talk to sales” if they are highly relevant and/or “sign up for trial” if they meet our criteria.

Hubspot
HubSpot is a great out-of-the-box tool in B2B marketing and sales. It’s an efficient software for organizing, track and nurturing sales leads. It tracks interactions automatically and helps your sales team keep on top of what’s happening. I like its analytics which provides me with a possibility to see beyond clicks on pages and check things like contact visits, inbound links, and keyword rankings.

Calendly
Calendly is among the most convenient online appointment platforms available today. It’s an easy-to-use yet robust scheduling solution that comes with all the necessary scheduling tools one needs: calendars, a notification system, customizing tools, and a timezone detector.

What I like most about this tool is that it is super easy to schedule meeting with the Calendly app. There is no need to send emails back and forth to pick a suitable date, and what’s more, is that the leads can self-serve demos on their own.

One thing that has brought me a lot of leads is cold email outreach. I’ve researched and tested a bunch of different software and this is software that I’m using for 2021.

Apollo
One of my all-time favorite sales tools for prospecting is Apollo. You can use it to find single or several contacts at a company by searching for the company name or you can use it to find emails or phone numbers for people on a whole industry so you can do some prospecting. It has some great filters like # of employees and revenue. They do have a free tier, so if you’re just looking for a few emails a month this is a great option to play around with.

Lemlist
It is also another must-have if you are doing cold email outreach. Lemlist allows you to send images and videos within the emails that are personalized which is great for engagement and response rate. The software has also an innovative feature that allows the software to “warm-up” a new email account so the emails don’t get marked as spam.

Saleflare
For CRM I like to keep it basic, so I use Saleflare. It allows me to keep track of leads and move them through the sales pipeline and also connects to Gsuite to keep track of interactions and assign follow-ups in case I miss something in an email. It also has some other great features that I haven’t had the time to dive into yet.

Taskeo

While we love experimenting with different channels and forms of attracting leads & closing deals, there are some things we don’t mess around with. We’ve tested several tools that allowed us direct communication with potential users before we have finally settled with our favourite ones.

These tools we trust and use daily basically help us with these things:

  • Directly get in touch with current and potential users
  • Talk to them in person, help them out or present our product without time-taking back-and-forth
  • Cut through the noise and find the right people from the get-go

Here are three out of favourite tools that help us achieve all of this at Taskeo:

Lemlist
Email remains a powerful tool in sales and marketing alike. With Lemlist, we can easily create fully personalized campaigns. The platform also helps us get in touch particularly promising leads. It’s simple in use, intuitive and feature-rich.

Find That Lead
When we’re in search of emails of our potential leads, we always go for Find That Lead. We love it for its user-friendly interface that helps us quickly find the information we need.

GetGist
We use GetGist as our chat channel. Many customers prefer to contact the team directly and we want to make sure we’re here for them. Direct conversations proved to be extremely effective when it comes to converting visitors into customers and that’s why we can no longer imagine running our site without GetGist.

All 3 of my top sales tools pack a ton of value for the price; while there are more expensive tools out there with even more features, if you are looking for solid tools that scale and help you get going faster with your sales activities, then these 3 should be in your toolbelt.

Mailshake
This one allows you to automate cold email outreach for sales prospecting or influencer outreach. It's great for automating emails full of content that is in the interest of the receiver, not leading with what you are selling first. Great to warm up totally cold leads, all for a ridiculous price!

ActiveCampaign
This is both a permission-based email service provider with powerful marketing automation capabilities and a CRM, complete with lead scoring all in one tool. You simply can't get this feature-rich set anywhere else for the price.

Hunter.io
This one allows you to identify an email address of someone whom you only have company name and first/last name. Almost always returns an accurate email hit. Another solid value for the money.

Tom Pick

Webbiquity LLC

At the top of my list is SalesReach. It's a sales enablement platform that's useful in a wide range of sales environments but is particularly valuable for

  1. Large sales forces (10s or 100s of reps), who
  2. Spend a lot of time communicating with prospects via phone and email, and
  3. Are aligning with marketing to do account-based marketing (ABM). It enables salespeople to build a personalized microsite for the prospects, using marketing-approved content and materials, and incorporate personalized video messages--in minutes, without any coding, as easily as writing an email.

Another interesting sales enablement tool is Modus. Like SalesReach, it helps align sales and marketing teams, and assures are always using the latest product information and content produced and approved by marketing. However, this is geared more toward field sales reps and live presentations. It's also ideal for channel sales partners and incorporates closed-loop analytics that helps improve sales processes and performance.

A third helpful tool is Better Proposals. It does pretty much what the name indicates: helps sales reps deliver professional-looking, interactive proposals that re-use common components but are fully customizable for each deal. It makes it fast and easy for sales reps to produce proposals that look really good, reflect well on the brand, and help close more business.

Pipedrive
I love the simplicity and power of the tool. It's CRM and sales pipeline are first-class. You can weigh forecasted income by what stage prospects are in your sales funnel. It also allows you to batch email prospects.

ConvertKit
I use ConvertKit and Pipedrive through a Zapier integration. While Pipedrive is great for more personalized selling, ConvertKit excels in automation, so I can drop leads into my four-part video sequence for example. The Zapier integration means that my lead’s details are synced between both ConvertKit and Pipedrive CRMs.

LinkedIn
At the moment, I'm organically using LinkedIn to grow connections and reach out to them when I have a relevant offer. I plan to look at some of their premium options next year.

Pipedrive
When you're all caught up with your lead generation and your sales tasks get a bit muddled, Pipedrive will be there to help you organize these tasks. I use this primarily to keep track of where I am on the pipeline, this is also essential is knowing if a lead is worth chasing or if they have become cold somewhere along the way of the engagement. What I love about Pipedrive is that I can share this across my sales team without having the need to clean up my tasks and vice versa.

Drip
Customers do not want to receive an automated response to their query so having a sales tool that can help me reach out to them in a more personal way would be a better step in doing business with them. Drip helps me achieve that and it is one of the top sales tools for 2021 since customers will look for these personal engagements.

Streak
Email marketing is one of the most evergreen sales tools that you can use. Streak makes this even better since this can help you assess if a person has been reading your emails or not. This way, you can reach out to them in a frequency that does not border on annoying. Streak is a trusted partner for my sales team as well as outreach marketers.

There are SO many tools out there, but what are some of the best when it comes to generating more leads and sales? Let's talk about that quickly.

ClickFunnels
ClickFunnels has been out for many years and has grown in popularity like a raging wildfire. Not only are they simple to use, but they offer anything and everything when it comes to landing pages and sales funnels. Utilizing ClickFunnels has not only allowed me to make more sales, but I actually saved a bunch of money by being able to cancel other tools that I no longer need anymore.

GetResponse
This autoresponder tool has been out since 1998 so they surely know their stuff when it comes to email marketing. Because once you get leads? You're going to need to follow up with them (and that's what I love the most about GetResponse). Their autoresponder feature is very simple to set up, and you can have your emails go out for as long as you like (mine are currently set to go out for 150 days).

Surfer SEO
This is one that not many people will know about (since it's relatively new), but from what I've seen so far? I'm really liking it. Surfer SEO allows you to make your on-page process so much easier (allowing you to rank high in Google and generate more sales and leads). It's one of the simplest tools that I've seen when it comes to this. It tells you what's wrong with your page (based upon the top pages), and then tells you exactly how to fix it. Anyone who is serious about SEO marketing should certainly give it a test to see just how well it works.

There's certainly a lot of tools out there when it comes to generating more sales and leads, but these are the three that I'd specifically keep my eye on for the 2021 year.

PeakB2BSales

There are numerous great tools out there for B2B sales professionals depending on where in the sales process/funnel you are looking to drive efficiency. My favorites are as follows:

Outreach.io
The tool is a must-have to manage & track every aspect of your day to day activities with your sales prospects. The platform manages every channel from email, phone, social and even direct mail (through a 3rd party integration)

Sendoso
Direct mail platform which integrates into Salesforce and many other automation tools.

Vidyard
The use of personalized video in email is extremely powerful. Great way to take an oversaturated channel and turn it into a unique touchpoint with leads and prospects.

Reverb
This one is fairly new and I find it extremely useful. Literally, click, record voice, and share the recording link in an email or LinkedIn message. All free. I do a lot of cold emailing to get clients and have found including a short custom voice recording in cold emails increases the response rate by over 10x (not kidding).

Rocket Reach
This one has been around for a while but is a must. Use it to get anybody's (almost) email or phone number. Its database is huge! It has massive business celebrities as well as no names. I couldn't recommend this enough. I pay every month for it and it also integrates with LinkedIn.

Yesware
I also pay for this. It tells you if and when an email is opened and gives the location from where it was opened. When I put a voice recording in an email, I can use Yesware to see if anybody listened, or if my recipient opened the email in the first place. The coolest thing about Yesware is when an email is shared around, you see that and the different locations it's being opened from. Recipients also have no idea emails are tracked.

Find That Lead
Find that lead allows us to find leads by figuring out their email addresses. They have a chrome extension which makes it easy to scrape all the emails on a website. If they don't have it, you can manually figure it out by putting their full name. Not 100% accurate but we usually end up finding the lead's email. Besides searching domains, you can search social profiles, send emails and bulk verify emails.

Snovio
It works like Find That Lead but I'd say it's more accurate. A very helpful tool for us. Snovio allows us to find email addresses from domains and verify them. Then we put those emails into their email outreach system. With this functionality, we can send bulk sales emails without manually typing everything. There are fields that automatically generate and replace the person's and the company's name. This helped us streamline our sales process and increased our overall productivity.

Hippo Vide
This is one of my favorite tools for both personal and sales reasons. Hippo Video is an all in one video solution from screen recording to hosting and sales outreach videos. It's great for creating personalized sales videos. Sending regular emails doesn't work that well anymore. Personalization and video together create a great sales outreach experience for prospects. It helps you stick out in front of many other emails. We tend to get people to look at the video and we get a better response/view rate compared without video.

HubSpot CRM
Although there are hundreds of CRM solutions alone on the market today, it would be hard for me to recommend anything other than HubSpot CRM here. HubSpot CRM contains all of the necessary CRM features that you would want for your organization and is absolutely free. Not a free trial. 100% free with no time limit on its use. The company uses its CRM solution as a stepping stone to its more comprehensive software packages.

Prospect.io
It is a sales automation and prospecting platform that is built for modern sales teams. The tool aims to cover the entire process of prospecting for your teams. First, it allows you to find and verify email addresses using their Chrome extension. They are able to verify the prospect’s email, job title, and phone number. Then, you can use Prospect.io to send cold email and drip campaigns to the prospects in your lists. The tool allows you to build out a complete automatic workflow for the drip campaign and can send emails with Gmail, GSuite, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, or your own SMTP server.

LeadSift
What if you could monitor all of the interactions that prospects in your industry were having with your competition? That seems like it would be a pretty powerful thing, right? LeadSift monitors conversations on all popular platforms, including but not limited to social networks like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. LeadSift also monitors discussions on platforms like ProductHunt, Reddit, TechCrunch, and Forbes — pretty much anywhere with a comments section and discussion, delivering prospects that are already engaging in conversations that are related to your product.

Hubspot
It is already one of the most respected software providers in B2B marketing and sales, and its CRM continues to push that reputation forward. The platform, which you can use for free, includes a variety of standard features – contact management, email templates, document libraries, email client integrations – but adds important premium tools like live chat, AI bots, and traffic tracking for all registered leads.

MailTrack
Timing is important in B2B sales. But the process of tracking your emails remains frustratingly ambivalent. You can never be sure that your message was read! MailTrack is a streamlined extension that adds read receipts to Gmail. Simple as that. The extension notifies you when your emails were opened, tracks clicks, and integrates into your CRM. This way you will be able to continue the conversation when it most makes sense.

Unbounce
If you’re in need of a landing page builder (which most businesses are), Unbounce is the best choice. This long-heralded software allows you to create well-designed, optimized landing pages with optional pop-ups, contact info, social handles and submission forms. All pages are SSL encrypted, and you don’t have to touch your website’s code. Drag-and-drop tools make the design process easy, while A/B testing and analytics encourage you to tweak it as you go.

Better Proposals

Better Proposals
This is the ideal tool for freelancers and small businesses that send a lot of proposals. It shortens the process of writing, sending and managing proposals by automating most of the work being done. Simply pick a proposal template, enter a few basic details and send your customers a link to review, sign and pay their proposal.

UpLead
If you want to find someone to do business with, this is the most complete database of business contacts I’ve seen yet. All emails are verified and you can build highly targeted lists of prospects for your cold outreach.

Salesflare
Super easy to use and intuitive CRM that lets you focus on doing sales instead of manually entering data. It automatically logs all the interactions you have with your leads and you even get a separate folder for each contact so you don’t have to struggle to find your sales collateral at a later point in time.

Outreach.io
Approaching bloggers and journalists is one of the important strategies for B2B. To customize your experience, consider Outreach.io because the tool is made to measure and improve productivity. You can create sequences to engage with prospects to drive revenue. It's simple and easy to use.

MailTrack
As important as Outreach.io, Mailtrack is another great tool to know who is reading your email. If your emails are being read but not getting responses, it means you need to make your pitch better. This tool would help you. Best works with Gmail.

Clearbit
Manually searching for emails can be difficult; sometimes, you need to check the author's profile, go to their social platforms, or google them. Still 50% of the timeyou won't find their emails, so for that purpose, Clearbit makes it simple for you. Just enter the website URL, and the tool will show you a list of business emails working for that website. These are 3 tools that every B2B worker needs to own.

The best tool for sales and marketing for 2021 in my opinion and as I am using them are:

Hubspot
It is one of the best growth tools for sales and marketing and service and even CMS. Why I do consider this tool is one of the best tools for sales and marketing because you align all your marketing channels into the same platform. Most of all you align your marketing and sales and it saves you sales cost and also marketing cost

Clearbit
It is a great tool for sales to generate leads based on your ideal customer profile. Moreover, the tool helps you to enrich your lead data.

LinkedIn Navigator
Most people don't think of LinkedIn Navigator, but it is highly underrated. Account marketers have a field day on LinkedIn Navigator, where you have access to emails, phone numbers, email addresses, and much more.

Nextiva's NextOS
I highly recommend you tie your marketing and sales work into a customer experience management platform (CXM). The next step beyond a CRM, this platform will unify sales, marketing, and customer service conversations so that your teams are most effectively serving your prospects and onboarded customers. I highly recommend Nextiva's NextOS.

Sprout Social
Finally, if you're interested in a social media scheduler, we've had a lot of success with Sprout Social. It's very useful in freeing up our marketers' time - no need to sticky reminders, just set up posts ahead of time and schedule them weeks in advance!

The best sales tools depend a lot on the type of business you're running. Bigger teams need different tools than a solo consultant, for example. But here are three that I know are being used heavily by salespeople in different contexts:

ZoomInfo
Zoominfo is a straightforward B2B tool that solves a huge problem: making sure you have accurate information for the contacts in your CRM. It's also really good at helping you segment your contacts by industry, size, location, and a variety of other attributes.

Tableau
Tableau is for managers who want an instant view of their metrics, rather than a spreadsheet full of numbers. It's the leading data visualization tool across a variety of industries, and it's a fantastic addition to a sales tech stack.

Airtable
Need a lightweight DIY CRM? Airtable can easily be configured to track prospects. It's a great option for small businesses and entrepreneurs just getting started.

As a growing business that offers marketing services to other companies, we have found that implementing a combination of software to our system tightened up our productivity. First, we used ClickFunnels and this was no doubt the best lead generator we added that drastically affected our sales. It is extremely easy to use and creates a constant flow of automation, allowing owners to focus on other aspects of the business.

The second was Moz.com, this sharpened our SEO skills with tools that aided by increasing traffic and optimization. There is a simple way to track and record data, offering keyword suggestions from the insights after. We saw huge improvements in learning and applying new technology.

The third is Quora, a lead generator we used when on a tighter budget but still got great results. It creates a platform that is easy to start conversations with an online community and grow your relationship with them so you can target their needs.

Hubspot CRM
In 2021, businesses will require more productivity and efficiency in less space and volumes. There is a thin line between sales and marketing, but these two have knitted together firmly, and in the coming year, many organizations tend to integrate both. The Hubspot CRM offering the same integration in its CRM, you will have both sales and marketing tabs along with their options at the top of the dashboard. You will not need any third-party software to integrate separate marketing tools because Hubspot is an inclusive add-on CRM for all kinds of businesses.

The mobility is the key to mastering the sales funnel and customer care, and its cloud services have done this job for all kinds of businesses. Zoom
It’s a video calling service. The advantages of this tool are stability in work, the ability to record the calls and the option to integrate with other services. In addition, Zoom is quite popular, so it is also convenient for customers and partners to use a service they are already familiar with.

DocuSign
This tool has a nice interface, it helps to save a lot of time through the electronic signature of documents. There are other services, which include this function, but we use this one and we are comfortable with it.

HubSpot
It is a user-friendly interface, the ability to create custom fields and integrate with other services, a very convenient built-in calendar for assigning calls to customers.

With the transformation of the B2B sales process, technologies became the key to business development success. However, there are so many sales tools on the market that it’s hard not to drown in them. I’ll list the handiest ones for 2021 and briefly describe them. They are more likely to suit smaller and middle-sized companies where sales and marketing automation is of the essence.

It is a reputable B2B social selling tool for LinkedIn that helps to automate multiple campaigns. Its auto follow-up feature assists in maximizing response rates. As a result, your salespeople have more time for personal interactions. The good thing about GrowthLead is that it’s a cloud-based solution, which makes it safer within LinkedIn “Dos and Don’ts” guidelines. Also, it’s a standalone tool – not a browser extension – which also helps to make your workflow smooth. The analytics feature is quite solid – it provides you with key insights about your campaign volume, response rate, and conversions. The downside is that it’s not the cheapest tool on the market.

PhantomBuster
It is a tool for performing chain actions and data extraction. You can automate simple actions – e.g. send messages, perform auto-follow – program a pace, trigger, and customization. But what’s even more important is that you can automate actions in many tools including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Slack, and GitHub. It’s also a great tool for extracting data from the web, so you can use it for your CRM, database and social networks. For example, LinkedIn scraper will collect every data from a list of LinkedIn profiles, including emails. PhantomBuster regular updates seem timely and helpful. Besides, the tool is rather cost-effective. It has been underused lately but it is growing in popularity nowadays.

Lemlist
It is a tool for sending cold emails. Its most powerful feature is that you can customize various types of content (text, images, videos) in your message. In other words, your business developers are able to create personalized images and send each prospect their own custom image at scale. Then your emails become more unique and you communicate on a 1-on-1 level. This is not the only tool of this kind on the market, but it’s probably the most convenient and user-friendly one. Follow-up automation is another solid feature of the tool. Also, Lemlist warms up your email address automatically to protect your domain and increase deliverability.

crowdy.ai

There are several tools that we use in our sales stack that make our work easier.

crowdy.ai
This is our own tool and we use it to show social proof to visitors on our website. We use it to create reviews and testimonials and most recently, we’ve been doing conversion notifications quite a lot. Simply put, we show a conversion notification to visitors that lets them know that someone else bought a paid plan for our product. They can then click on this notification to buy a paid plan themselves. It’s been working out really well.

Salesflare
This is our go-to CRM. We’ve tried a large variety of CRMs (including Hubspot and Salesforce), but they were all too complicated to use or too expensive for a small business like ours. Salesflare makes it easy to add new data, manage our leads and maintain our sales pipeline so that we can spend more time selling and less time entering data manually.

Hunter.io
It is the third most important element in our sales stack. We have lots of data about our target market, but getting in touch with them can be a problem since we don’t have their emails. Hunter lets us easily and quickly find verified email addresses and we can then do some cold outreach to get them familiar with our tool. Mind you, we’re careful about whom we send emails to because of GDPR and other legislation..

When it comes to startups, one of the biggest problems is how understaffed they are. Often, the CEO has to take care of operations, hiring, and even sales.

Startup founders often don't have the resources to hire employees to take care of these processes, so they resort to using tools to automate the bulk of the work. This means that whatever tool you choose, it has a lot of things at once, and it has to do them well, and sales are no different.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator
It is the first one I would recommend, simply because it allows you to do prospecting that much more easily. It's not cheap, but for B2B sales, it's one of the most effective tools out there.

Drip
Drip is a must-have if your startup deals with e-commerce. From email marketing, automation, multi-channel marketing support, and many integrations, Drip offers a full stack of sales tools.

Better Proposals
When you want to get a positive answer from your potential client, you need a compelling offer. However, not even the best of offers can make up for a poor sales proposal. That's why Better Proposals is the tool to get to automate and perfect your sales proposals and maximize your acceptance rate.

The best sales tools for 2021 that B2B professionals should look forward to are:

Engio which would pull CRM data, link it to accounts, activate marketing automation, measure engagement impact and provide insight on how best to execute subsequent moves.

Personalization being the current trend that most business giants have resorted to, Smart Rooms empowers your team to build hyper-personalized and guided experiences that positively impact customers’ buying behavior. Using Smart Rooms would deepen existing relationships with key accounts and organically ramp up your upselling and cross-selling campaigns.

Another such tool would be Hoopla which is helpful in increasing the effectiveness of the sales team. The platform helps engage employees and drive results by keeping workers interested in their own and other’s progress.

High-performing sales teams tend to use nearly three times the amount of sales technology than underperforming ones, which should be a good enough reason to give sales tools a try. And, of course, many businesses do - no matter their size. My personal favorites that can increase the productivity of any sales team are definitely:

Stackfield.com
It’s a powerful project management & communication tool that can easily facilitate collaboration within any sales team. It combines the benefits of Slack (when it comes to keeping in touch with all your teammates) and Asana (managing your projects in a clear and effective manner).

CloudTalk.io
Apart from internal communication, it’s also external that matters – even more so. If your sales team handles a lot of calls, you might want to make it easier for them and give CloudTalk.io a chance. It will not only allow your sales agents to make and receive more calls but also access caller data right away.

Harmonizely.com
The ability to schedule appointments, consultations, and product demos is also important for many sales reps out there. Yet, scheduling them manually can take a lot of time and effort. Luckily, there are many tools that can automate the whole process for your team - including Harmonizely.com. It allows prospects and customers to easily schedule meetings with your sales team, regardless of the calendar type you use.

Slack
This tool has quickly become the go-to chat and notification hub for teams everywhere. Since it’s where your sales team hangs out already, why not power it up with integrations? Slack can be used to automatically notify reps when new signups come in, segmented by potential deal size with integrations to customer data tools. Outside of strict sales activity, Slack is a simple way to hold team meetings, search conversations, and even deliver presentations. Pricing starts at $8/user/month.

Eloqua
It is Oracle’s marketing automation solution, aimed at the enterprise market. It integrates with your CRM to enrich lead data, trigger automated messaging, and track engagement with your website and content. Since it stores data on your existing leads, Eloqua can be used as a sales enablement research tool that gives you a pulse on your current pipeline. Pricing information is unavailable online.

Snov.io
This tool lets you generate leads on numerous platforms, check the lists of email addresses for validity, and easily get in touch with them via the email drip campaigns instrument. Thanks to the platform, you will enlarge the leads’ base in a matter of minutes and lead them through the buyer’s journey. Besides, Snov.io integrates with Pipedrive and Zapier. The pricing plans start at $29/month.

Zapier
We use Zapier to help with sales automation. So, when certain things happen it automatically notifies us within slack. I think this is essential to sales for several reasons. However, one instance that we find useful is when an inbound lead comes in we’re able to respond quickly to it with our Zapier and slack integration.

Twilio
We have a custom-built system with Twilio that allows us to track inbound sales and outbound sales. I think analytics and data are becoming more important as we move forward and having this call data is essential for 2021.

Camtasia
We’ve found that videos sell. We’ve found the video to be an effective way to get our message in front of someone. As Youtube and video streaming sites continue to increase in popularity, I think we will see the importance of video rising. In our opinion, Camtasia is the best tool for making videos.

Tapfiliate

Tapfiliate
We definitely practice what we preach: affiliate marketing is a great way to grow your business. Using our own affiliate tracking software, we are able to incentivize our customers, bloggers and industry insiders to promote us in exchange for a commission. As a bootstrapped SaaS, we only had to pay for leads that actually converted into paying customers and were able to do all the management in-house.

WooPra
This tool has been essential in understanding our customer’s journey. It has been especially useful in filling in the blanks from Google Analytics — with Woopra we are able to have a comprehensive view of all actions like site visits, signups, user engagement, and dropoff points.

Intercom
Our customer support is directly tied to our marketing. With Intercom, we can personally engage with customers to find out what they are interested in and how we can help. Then, from these conversations, we can create more targeted content, better onboarding and enhance our product. And on top of that, most of our customers’ reviews come from positive customer support experiences.

Summing It All Up

So, there you have it – there are plenty of tools out there to improve your team’s close rate and overall performance. It’s all a matter of searching and experimenting.

Implementing the right sales software can turn good sales reps into great sales reps, so go into 2021 organized, efficient and ready to sell!
