Every year, SWZD publishes the State of IT, our in-depth annual report covering future IT budget plans and business tech adoption trends.
This year, we expanded our efforts by publishing a brand-new report covering businesses specifically in the Asia-Pacific region. In June and July of 2020 we surveyed 230 ITDMs in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore to provide even more clarity on geography-specific buying behaviors in 2021 and beyond.
For example, our data shows that COVID-19 will be a catalyst for business transformation, especially in APAC, with 87% of businesses planning on long-term IT changes, compared to 76% in North America and Europe.
