Up here in Canada we’ve had three main mobile providers for as long as I can remember. I won’t go into the history of these guys but I can tell you that we have been royally screwed with poor customer service, high prices and a general disregard for the customer. Late last year Canada finally agreed to open up competition on mobile carriers and it’s been a breath of fresh air. Chad H.

With places like Starbucks that are all about the customer experience, I can't beleive that all businesses are not aligned with thsi concept with competition being so fierce in the gas station market with gas prices going up and up. This is a disappointing turn of events for sure, but I wasn’t prepared for the idea that was floated next: let’s cut the price of the product 40%. See, the problem here is that we have no evidence that price is the problem. If any of these are the real problem, lowering the price will have no positive effect, because price isn’t the problem.
