The Evolution of Marketing Automation: Are Traditional Platforms on Their Way Out?

In the past, I’d assume the answer to that would always be limited to Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot or Eloqua. Not to date myself, but I’ve been using Marketo for close to 15 years. Ease of support and customer service: If you’ve never tried logging a support ticket with Salesforce/Pardot or Marketo – count yourself lucky.
