That's the panel on the right side of a Google results page with a business's hours, website, contact information, images, and related searches — all data that exists in Google's Knowledge Graph (more on this in just a minute). Most PPC advertisers come from a Google AdWords background, which is very rooted in “intent based” keyword searches.
