The failure of freemium (though not open source) offerings from LoopFuse and Genius are strong evidence that being free is not enough. It apparently could have imported more social data if I had connected with my own Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn accounts. See this post for more on that.) Or maybe it’s just a matter of timing.
