I've finally had the chance to go through a number of email newsletters and reports and I wanted to highlight some interesting email tips. The average open and click-through rates for non personalized emails were 15.86% and 2.09% respectively while the averages for personalized emails were 18% and 5.02%.

The best approach that was brought up in the Answers section in Linkedin is to send emails based on a person's specified interests. These items really should work together.

When another person (his forum handle is @TBR)chimed in to further criticize Wind he received the following rebuke from a Wind supporter: @TBR - Are you even a Wind customer? As he stated he read all the complaints but wanted to make an informed decision. In addition, Wind could consider sending an additional monthly e-newsletter.
