I’ve been continuing to explore and refine my thinking around the 5 lessons I learned from my award-winning NHS@75 campaign last year. Today, Lesson 2: Our customers are on social media (listen and engage). When I’m developing the social elements for my campaigns, my business continues to tell me: ‘Our customers aren’t on social media!’. As marketers, we know that all these conversations are going on out there – with or without us – and we are already participating to a greater or lesser extent
