As a Drumup customer, Facebook is our favorite Social Channel for business. Yes, it provides us with customer Insights. Also, the nature of Facebook is easy-going as majority of our audience, clients and potential customers who provide leads for our business use Facebook.
What is one piece of advice you would offer to anyone wanting to succeed with social media?
The thing is: ‘Keep Learning and Trying’. Many people just feel they can just succeed with social media as though it’s a piece of pie.
The harsh reality is that social media is broad and as such has complexity in various managerial process. Learning and exploring how to use social media to serve needs makes anyone top notch. So beat it! I am a Drumup customer and it pays off.
