What options do I have for user permissions and security?

Just this past month, we released two new user roles to increase flexibility and give access to more folks involved in the email process. There are 7 different user roles for Enterprise level accounts and 4 for Plus accounts. Learn more about what each role can do in our help article.

How can I use Litmus with my project management software?

It’s super easy to use Litmus in your existing project management software. We work with customers who use everything from Asana to Wrike and leverage Litmus along the way. The easiest and simplest way to add Litmus to your project management software is to add in tasks to create a tracking code or run a Checklist, then link directly to those folders or Checklists right in the task. You can also generate public sharing links so even those without Litmus access can see your work.

My team uses Responsys… Does that work with Litmus?

Yes! You can use the Litmus Extension to test emails in Responsys and just about any code editor.
