Research Director Peter O’Neill is blunt about describing the current content marketing landscape. On the question of the value buyers derive from the content B2B marketers put in front of them, O’Neill reports that “They delivered a resounding thumbs-down,” in Forrester’s most recent research, “responding decisively with phrases such as ‘trash’ and ‘useless.’ ”.
