In the workshop Tom mentioned that the number of inside sales people hires in recent years exceeded the number of external sales people.

Small Companies Level the Playing Field with Social Media and Blogs [New Data]

According to recent research from HubSpot , small and large businesses are spending their marketing dollars in substantially different ways. The results come from a study based on a survey of over 600 professionals knowledgeable about their company's marketing strategy.
